I realized this week that I haven’t really mentioned much about Germany for a while. For those of you that enjoy those posts, good news. My husband has the next 2 weeks off and we plan to take several day trips. Plus, my father-in-law comes for a visit soon and we’ll be heading to new places that I haven’t made it to yet.
I’ll also try to be better at sharing yummy German recipes. I know several of you enjoy those.
I’ve also got a trip to Austria planned for mid-October. Just a weekend, but it will be another new country for me so I’ll try to come back with lots of stories and pictures.

Hi Riley, I am new to your blog. I discovered it during Blogamania. I love Germany. I have never been, always wanted to visit. So I look forward to those posts. Don't really have any plans for the weekend, raining here. WIll probably get some much needed writing finished. Hope you have a safe and fun trip!!

Welcome Tonya. Germany is awesome and I've been having a blast. It looks like I'm going to be here for at least 3 more years, so hopefully I'll have plenty of material to keep you sufficiently entertained.
It's been pretty rainy here too. Also in the 50s and 60s since about mid-August.
What do you write?
I lived in Germany for several years and miss the food. I am looking forward to some recipes.
This weekend.. I am planning on setting up my studio as I need to make some jewelry for a blog crawl that I am participating in.

I write romances. I am working on a paranormal romance series. And my first erotic romance. I haven't been published yet, but I haven't tried until the past couple of years to get published. I do have a column, 'Tonya's Tidbits' I write for www.freshfiction.com
50-60 degree weather is my kind of weather:) Rain I'm not big on unless I can sit at the house and write.
Shaiha, where in Germany did you live? I'm in Bavaria. I agree, the food is awesome. I've posted a few recipes so far. If you check my Index under recipes, you can find them there. I want to see pics of jewelry. I love crafting. Have done some jewelry but no time for it now. Doing good to keep up with crochet and quilting.
Tonya, paranormal/urban fantasy romance my fave! We're kindred spirits. I just finished revisions on the first of an urban fantasy romance series. Now it's off to the critique partners. I'll have to check out your column.
